Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1 Alibi is provided by Engrow Entropy Growth Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with number HE470686, whose registered office is at Methonis 1, 5th Floor, Nicosia 1070, Cyprus ("Entropy", "we", "us").

1.2 These terms apply to the Alibi web app, API, MCP server, Claude Code plugin and the emails Alibi sends (together, the "Service").

1.3 "You" means the organization that opens an Alibi account (the "Customer"). The person who accepts these terms confirms that they have authority to bind that organization.

1.4 The Service is for business use. You must not use it as a consumer.

1.5 Our Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA") forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data we control. If these terms and the DPA conflict on the processing of personal data, the DPA applies.

2. The Service

2.1 Alibi reads the tool execution logs of the Composio projects you connect, using a read-only key you provide. It keeps a record of what your agents, automations and people did in your tools, and the goals behind those actions. It shows that record to your people in the web app and serves it to your agents over MCP.

2.2 Alibi only reads from the tools you connect. It does not change data in those tools.

2.3 You are responsible for your agents and for what they do. Alibi records their actions but does not control them, check them or guarantee their results.

2.4 The record depends on the logs your tools provide. It may be incomplete or delayed when logs are missing, late, or limited by your own settings, for example when a Composio project keeps no request data.

2.5 Ask answers questions about your record. Answers can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them. Ask uses an outside AI model only when a workspace owner or admin turns that option on.

2.6 We may change the Service. We will not materially reduce the core features of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

2.7 The Service is new. We work to keep it available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not commit to a specific uptime.

3. Accounts and access

3.1 People sign in with a link sent to their email address. You must keep the email accounts of your people secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your agents and through your tokens.

3.2 Account owners decide who joins the account, what role each person has and which workspaces each person can see. Owners can invite people from other organisations, such as clients, contractors and partners. You are responsible for what your account shares with the people you invite. People who use the Service must be at least 18 years old.

3.3 Treat agent tokens and connector approvals as secrets. If you think one is exposed, revoke it in Settings straight away.

3.4 You must have authority to connect each Composio project and agent you connect. Give Alibi only a key whose permissions are limited to reading logs. Alibi tests each key when you add it and refuses one that can list your connected accounts.

4. Plans, prices and payment

4.1 Alibi has four plans: Personal, Pro, Team and Enterprise. Your plan sets how many people the account holds, how much history they can see, how often Alibi checks your tool logs, and which features are on. Alibi keeps your full record on every plan. A plan that shows less history hides older actions but does not delete them, and they appear again on a plan that shows more.

4.2 Personal costs nothing. It covers one person and one workspace, shows the last 30 days of history and checks your tool logs every 5 minutes. Goals your agents declare appear at once on every plan.

4.3 Pro costs US$19 per month. It covers one person and one workspace, shows the last 6 months of history and checks your tool logs every 30 seconds. It includes AI answers in Ask and public alibi links.

4.4 Team costs US$25 per seat per month, for 2 to 25 seats. A seat is a person with access to the account, inside or outside your organisation, including people with a pending invitation. Team shows 12 months of history, checks your tool logs every 30 seconds, and includes unlimited workspaces with roles, AI answers in Ask and public alibi links. When people join or leave, the number of seats changes and Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of the billing period.

4.5 Enterprise is for 26 seats or more. The seats, seat price, history, services and support are agreed in an order form and billed yearly in advance by invoice. If an order form and these terms conflict, the order form applies.

4.6 You can pay for Pro and Team monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments and is paid in advance for the year.

4.7 Each account can try Pro or Team once, for 7 days, without a payment method. If you have not added one when the trial ends, the subscription ends and the account moves to Personal. It keeps its data. An account created through another account's referral link gets 30 more days on that trial, on its first upgrade within 90 days of signing up. When that account pays its first invoice, the account that referred it gets one free month of its plan as a credit on its next invoices. An account on Personal keeps the month instead, up to 12 months, and each one adds 30 days to the trial of its next upgrade. Accounts that share a person, and Enterprise accounts, earn no referral rewards.

4.8 Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. A subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

4.9 You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. The account then moves to Personal and keeps its data. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

4.10 Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which you must pay where they apply. If you are a business in the EU outside Cyprus and give us a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.

4.11 If a payment fails, your plan continues while Stripe retries the payment. If the payment still fails after the retries, the subscription ends and the account moves to Personal.

4.12 We may change a plan's price by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your first billing period that starts after the notice ends. You can cancel before it applies.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You must not, and must not let anyone else:

  • use the Service in breach of any law;
  • connect a tool, project, key or account you are not authorized to use;
  • try to access another customer's data or account;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission;
  • copy, modify or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • resell the Service or offer it under another name without a written agreement with us;
  • get around rate limits or put an unreasonable load on the Service;
  • upload or send malicious code; or
  • connect tools whose main purpose is processing health, biometric or other special category data, or data about criminal offences, unless we agree in writing.

5.2 To report a security problem, email info@useentropy.com. We will not act against good-faith research that you report to us first and keep private until we fix it.

5.3 We may suspend access, in whole or in part, if you breach this section or if your use creates a security risk for the Service or other customers. We will tell you when we do this unless the law or the risk prevents it, and restore access once the issue is resolved.

6. Your data

6.1 "Customer Data" means the data Alibi reads from the tools you connect, and the data you, your people and your agents send to the Service, such as declared goals and questions. Customer Data does not include account, billing and support data, which our Privacy Policy covers.

6.2 You own your Customer Data. You give us the right to process it to provide, secure and support the Service, in line with the DPA.

6.3 We protect Customer Data with the measures set out in the DPA, including a separate encryption key for each customer.

6.4 We do not use Customer Data to train AI models.

6.5 We may use aggregated counts about how the Service performs, which identify neither you nor any person, to run and improve the Service.

6.6 While your account is open, you can ask for an export of your record at info@useentropy.com. We send it within 30 days.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Each party must keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of these terms. This duty does not cover information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, that the receiving party already had or developed on its own, or that it must disclose by law.

7.2 This duty continues for five years after these terms end, and without time limit for trade secrets and Customer Data.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 We own the Service, including its software, design and documentation. These terms give you a right to use the Service while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of anything.

8.2 If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

9.1 We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.

9.2 Apart from section 9.1, the Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties and conditions, including any warranty that the record is complete or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

10.2 Neither party is liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

10.3 Each party's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event behind the claim. If you paid no fees in that period, the limit is US$100.

10.4 Sections 10.2 and 10.3 do not limit your obligation to pay fees, or your obligations under section 10.5.

10.5 You will defend us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, from your agents' actions in your tools, or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law. You will pay any damages and reasonable costs finally awarded against us, or agreed in a settlement you approve. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense.

11. Term, suspension and ending these terms

11.1 These terms start when you accept them and continue until your account closes.

11.2 You can close your account at any time by emailing info@useentropy.com from the account owner's address. Closing it cancels any subscription at the end of the period you have paid for.

11.3 We can end these terms by giving you 30 days' notice. If you are on a paid plan, the notice takes effect at the end of a billing period.

11.4 Either party can end these terms at once by notice if the other becomes insolvent. It can also do so if the other materially breaches them and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to.

11.5 When these terms end, your access ends and any unpaid fees become due. For 30 days after the end, you can ask us by email for an export of your record. We then delete Customer Data within a further 30 days, including from backups, unless the law requires us to keep it. The DPA sets out the details.

11.6 Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.5 and 13 continue after these terms end.

12. Changes to these terms

12.1 We may change these terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a material change by email or in the app. If you do not agree to the change, you can cancel before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new terms apply.

13. General

13.1 Governing law and courts. These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia have exclusive jurisdiction.

13.2 Transfer. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer these terms to a company in our group, or to a company that takes over the Alibi business, by giving you notice.

13.3 Events outside our control. We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of the providers we rely on.

13.4 Notices. We send notices to the email address of your account owner. You send notices to info@useentropy.com, or by post to our registered office.

13.5 Entire agreement. These terms, the DPA and any order you accept are the whole agreement between us about the Service. Neither party relies on any statement not set out in them. This does not limit liability for fraud.

13.6 Severability and waiver. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

13.7 No third-party rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.

13.8 Language. These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version governs.
